Kejriwal’s reply on LG’s call
On LG’s call, Kejriwal has been told that he will not be able to meet on Friday, as he is going to Punjab that day. Instead of Friday, Kejriwal now wants an appointment with LG on some other day. On the response received from LG, he said, ‘Thank you LG sir! I am going to Punjab tomorrow. That’s why now you are requesting to give another time for the meeting.
The tussle between LG and CM is not reducing
Last week, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal along with all his ministers and MLAs reached the Lieutenant Governor’s residence marching to meet LG Vinay Kumar Saxena, but the LG said that 70-80 people suddenly did not have arrangements with him, so could not meet. Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal had proposed to LG Vinay Kumar Saxena on Friday that he should meet him on Saturday or he should tell the time of meeting as per his convenience. In a letter sent to LG Vinay Kumar Saxena, the Chief Minister wrote, “I have received your letter. You have written that a few days ago when all of us MLAs had come to meet you and you could not meet because we came suddenly without informing you. If the Chief Minister , the Deputy Chief Minister, the entire cabinet and all the MLAs of Delhi were standing at your door, so it is obvious that they had brought a big problem for the state. If you wanted, you could have come out and met us, just for five minutes. Delhi The people of Delhi felt that the LG of Delhi had insulted the representatives of 2 crore people by refusing to meet them.”
In the letter, Kejriwal wrote, “In your letter, you have now invited all of us ministers and MLAs for dinner for talks, thank you very much for this.” If it is convenient for you, we will come to your house on Saturday 21st January at 1 pm. If this time is not convenient for you, then let us know the time as per your convenience, we will come to meet you.”
