Former India left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha feels that left-handed batsman Tilak Verma has good skills. He had a breakout in IPL 2022 with Mumbai Indians. Ojha said, “He is from Hyderabad. I have seen his performance since childhood. I am talking about him in U-15 and U-16 cricket and how hard he works. In his program, the ground at 6 am It involves going to work and coming home at six in the evening. He only takes a lunch break of 30-45 minutes. He is completely dedicated to cricket.”
Former Indian left arm fast bowler RP. Singh picked left-handed opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, who plays for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL, as a potential next generation batsman. Singh further added, “If you look at his batting, you can tell there is something different about him. Be it his play-reading, his batting technique or his knowledge of how to finish the match. The good thing is that even if he gets to 50, he is looking forward to his 100.”
Former India wicketkeeper-batsman Parthiv Patel wanted to name Verma as his batsman of choice after he had seen him play in the IPL for Mumbai Indians, but had questions about Delhi Capitals batsman Prithvi Shaw and Gujarat Titans bowler Yash Dayal. I decided to talk. The way Shaw is batting in the domestic matches, we can see that he plays well. Questions have been raised about his fitness and if he overcomes all these doubts, I think he has an incredible future ahead of him. My choice for the bowler is Yash Dayal.
