Aliya used to run away from school
In this interview, when Rajat Sharma asked Alia, “Did you go to school bunking to see Govinda, Shahrukh, Karishma?”. To which Alia replies with a smile, “Kabhi Kabhi bunk karti hai. But actually there were so many films coming on Sundays, so I just used to park myself in front of the TV and sit there watching all the movies. Obviously all the youngsters Goes through that phase, when you have to bunk to watch someone’s film. Because there is not much time then. You have to study, you also have to watch movies… there is a lot of work”.
Because of this she considers herself lucky
In this interview, Alia also admits that she wanted to work in a film like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She considers herself lucky that she got a chance to debut in Karan Johar’s film.
