Employees taking VRS cannot claim equality with those who complete their tenure – Supreme Court

Supreme Court on VRS: The Supreme Court on Thursday (February 2) gave an important verdict regarding VRS. It is good public policy to understand the Union and State Governments and other public employers who, from time to time, But salary has to be revised. The court said, “Wage revision also serves other purposes such as encouraging a sense of commitment and loyalty to public employment.”

‘Employees should not be adversely affected’
