There are many posh areas of Pakistan, where if you go, it will not seem that there is a real crisis of food and drink in front of the people living there.
Recently a Canadian company Tim Hortons opened its first store in Lahore. Tim Hortons is famous for its expensive and varied coffee service. When the Tim Hortons store opened in Lahore, Pakistan, the price of its coffee was said to be Rs 650. But even to drink such expensive coffee, people put long lines outside the store.

Video went viral on social media
When the video of Tim Hortons store in Lahore was uploaded on social media, social media users started giving different reactions. Some people said that if there is money to buy such expensive coffee, then why is the country begging in front of the world. When such a video was tweeted from the account of retired Lieutenant Colonel Sajid Butt on Twitter, the reactions of the users were worth watching.
‘Yet we say that there is no money in our country’
Sajid Butt tweeted and wrote, “Canadian Coffee Company has opened its first store in Lahore. Here you will also get a small coffee cup for 650 rupees ($2.40), but look at the line outside the store…how many people are there. Are you eating such a thing for the first time?” He said that even then we say that there is no money in our country and we beg the world to give us money. Repent, repent… on the government and its arrangements. that’s so sad!
