The ship was sunk in 1708
This ship was of great importance for the Spanish Navy. In 1708 it was destroyed on target by the British Navy. It is said that along with 64 cannons, a huge amount of gunpowder was also kept on it. The ship sank in the depths of the ocean after a fire broke out during the war. There were 600 crew in it and they also drowned. Many valuable things including gold, silver and emeralds also got absorbed in the huge water reservoir. According to the information, it was discovered in the year 2015 towards the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI).
