PM Kisan Yojana Ekyc: 12 installments of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana have been released in the bank accounts of the beneficiary farmers. Many farmers have not yet got e-KYC, Aadhaar seeding and land seeding done, due to which not only the 12th installment is stuck, there is a delay in the 13th installment as well. Explain that the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana are given a grant-in-aid of Rs 6,000 annually. This amount is transferred in three installments of two thousand rupees at an interval of every four months. If the latest trends are to be believed then anytime before Holi, there may be an order to release the 13th installment.
The twelfth installment was released on 17 October 2022 under the PM Kisan Yojana. The time from December to March is fixed for the thirteenth installment. Meanwhile, farmers are being instructed to get e-KYC verification, Aadhaar seeding and land verification done by February 10.
Get e-KYC done
To take advantage of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, the government has made e-KYC mandatory. Through the State Agriculture Department and PM Kisan Portal, farmers are being asked to get e-KYC done by continuously sending SMS. If you are also a beneficiary of PM Kisan Yojana, then complete the e-KYC by February 10. This process is very easy. The farmer has to link the Aadhaar card with his mobile number. Government keeping a close eye on fake farmers
The main objective of strictness in the rules of PM Kisan Yojana is to identify fake beneficiaries, for which institutions like PMFS, UIDAI, IT and NPCI are keeping a close watch. Records of cultivable land of farmers are being checked with Aadhaar. Meanwhile, the bank account is also being verified. Direct payment is being made from NPCI to the farmer’s account only after completion of verification like e-KYC, Aadhaar and land seeding.
