I am associated with Bohra community for 4 generations.
PM Modi further said that visiting the Aljamia-tus-Saifiyah campus is like visiting my own family. This is my family and I am at home. Very few people have got the fortune that I have. All 4 generations have visited my house.

He said that the identity of a community, society or organization is determined by how much it maintains its relevance over time. The Dawoodi Bohra community has always proved itself on this test of change and development over time. Today the expansion of important educational institutions like Aljami-tus-Saifiyah is a living example of the same.
“I find love everywhere”
Referring to his deep relationship with the Dawoodi Bohra community, PM Modi said that my relationship with the Dawoodi Bohra community is not only old but also not hidden from anyone. During one of my visits, I saw Syedna Sahib teaching more than 800 hundred students at the age of 98. That incident inspires me till date. I go somewhere not only in the country, but also abroad, my Bohra brothers and sisters definitely come to meet me. No matter which corner of the world they may be in, no matter which country they may be in, their concern for India and love for India is always visible in their hearts.
“Glory of education has to be brought back”
Prime Minister Modi (PM Modi) said that whenever I got a chance to talk to Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin Sahab, his activism and cooperation always filled me with energy. He kept showering love on me even after I came to Delhi from Gujarat. In the field of education, India was once the center of universities like Nalanda and Takshashila. People from all over the world used to come here to learn and study. If we have to bring back the glory of India, then we have to bring back that pride of education as well.
