This dispute got further blown when China, on the contrary, accused America of sending the balloon.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Monday (February 13) – It is normal for a balloon to enter another country. It should not be exaggerated. Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said, “Since last year, 10 American balloons have entered China…we didn’t do it.” It was shot down on sight and its debris was also refused to be returned to China. Since then, debate is taking place in China and America.
China retaliates on America’s allegations
There are allegations of America that China spies in other countries by sending big balloons several kilometers high. Many such balloons have been seen in the last 15 days in different regions of the continent of North and South America. At the same time, China is giving clarification on this. China continues to insist that the balloon shot down by the US in its airspace was actually a civil-use balloon and had nothing to do with espionage.
‘America sends its own balloons’
The spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry accused America of sending the balloon and said that America itself has sent the balloon. The Chinese Foreign Ministry said that since 2022, American balloons have passed over China 10 times, but no approval was taken from our government. Chinese Foreign Ministry said – If we had killed him? That’s why we say that the matter of balloon should not be given importance.
