Virat Kohli Angry on Jasprit Bumrah: There are only a few days left for the start of the Test series between India and Australia. The series will start from February 9 and its first match will be played at Vidarbha Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. Before this series, Indian fast bowler Ishant Sharma has made a big disclosure. He told that when the Indian team went on a tour of Australia in 2018, the then captain Virat Kohli got angry at Jasprit Bumrah.
Ishant Sharma told an interesting story, why was Virat angry?
Talking about this on Cricbuzz’s show ‘Rise of New India’, Ishant Sharma said, “I remember in 2018 when we were playing Test matches in Australia, Bumrah’s first spell did not go well. After this Virat Kohli told me that I should go and talk to him. I told Virat that he is a very smart bowler. He understands these things, so leave him alone. He knows what to do and what not. He understands the condition of the game very well. I know that when you understand the situation, especially in Test cricket, you can come back very quickly after a bad performance.
Significantly, Ishant Sharma has been running out of the Indian team for a long time. He played his last Test match for the Indian team in 2021 against New Zealand in Kanpur. At the same time, he has not returned to ODI cricket since 2016. Ishant has played all three formats for the Indian team. He has taken 311 wickets in 105 Test matches, 115 wickets in 80 ODIs and 8 wickets in 14 T20 Internationals.
