Perfume IED was used
Police has arrested a terrorist named Arif who is a resident of Reasi. According to the information, Arif was in contact with the handler in Pakistan for 3 years. Arif’s maternal uncle Qasim is in Pakistan. Along with this, the police told that in the bus blast in Katra, it was not yet known that who had put the ID in that bus, the police has also solved that mystery. He told that Arif had planted the IED in the bus. Arif has got a perfume IED which looks like a perfume bottle and explodes if used. The arrested terrorist had done recce of many crowded areas and religious places of the city. The ID used in this case was sent by drone in the last week of December. The captured terrorist had destroyed his clothes, shoes and mobile phone after attacking in Narwal.
