tractor oil change
Lubrication at the right time increases the life of any machine. This reduces friction in machines and does not generate heat. Heavy duty grease in tractor also makes this work easy. Due to this, lubrication is done in many parts of the tractor.

Its use reduces the level of pollution in the tractor. If good quality grease is used in the tractor, it helps in controlling the high temperature. This also reduces the possibility of excessive leakage of oil.

There is also a possibility of rusting in the tractor. To eliminate this problem, grease also acts as a corrosion inhibitor. Due to this, moisture does not arise in all the parts of the tractor.

Take care in this way everyday
Whenever you take out the tractor from the dusty fields or after the work related to farming is over, check the oil level in the engine after it cools down. If the oil level is low, fill the tank with good grade engine oil. It is also necessary to check the water in the radiator for the correct operation of the tractor.

If there is lack of water in it, refill it back with water after the work is over. Lubrication should be maintained in the tractor, so keep checking the oil level in it from time to time. Clean the tractor with air cleaner and if the oil has become dirty then it will be beneficial to clean the engine and add new oil again.

weekly safety check
Farmers get so engrossed in agricultural work that it is not possible to kill a tractor on a daily basis. In such a situation, maintenance of the tractor can be done every week also. During this, first check the air pressure in the tires of the tractor. If there is a shortage of air, get it filled back, so that there is no risk of tire puncture.

Sometimes even after the water in the battery runs out, the tractor may not be able to operate properly. Keep checking the water in the tractor and refill it back. Using the gear repeatedly in the tractor reduces the amount of oil in it, that’s why keep checking the oil in the gear box as well.

If you want your tractor to run like butter in the fields, then keep checking the grease in its components. Lubricate clutch shot, bearing, brake control, fan washer, front wheel hub, tie rod, radius cross etc thoroughly with grease.

Check every 15 days
Some things in the tractor have to be checked daily, while some have to be checked every week. Similarly, it is beneficial to do a security check in the tractor at an interval of every 15 days. Carefully pour oil into the dynamo and starter of the tractor. Carbon accumulation in the smoke exhaust tube can also cause problems, so keep cleaning it too.

To change the engine oil, take out the drain plug from the oil and refill it with clean, dirty oil of the correct grade. Keep cleaning the filters with metallic oil from time to time. Get the clutch and feel play checked by the mechanic as well.

Cherish performance every month
Keep cleaning the diesel filter once every month with the help of the manual that came with the tractor. Wash the filter only from the oil tank tap. Also take care of the cleanliness of the oil tank.

If the water level of the battery is less than that, then it would be prudent to replace the battery. Get your tractor checked by an experienced mechanic every month and also keep checking the valves and diesel pump in your tractor.

At the same time, check the oil in the gear box every 4 months. On the other hand, after checking the oil in the back axle, clean it and fill in new oil. Keep changing the grease of the front wheel every 4 months. If you want, you can also change the steering oil for better handling. At the same time, keep cleaning the filters with the hydraulic pump.
