  • salt to taste

  • Kasoori methi one spoon
  • rice two cups
  • bay leaves two to three
  • water as required
  • big cardamom three
  • cinnamon 2
  • black pepper five to six
  • long five to six
  • Shahi jeera one teaspoon
  • mace one teaspoon
  • Onion halved 1 cup
  • butter two cubes
  • Mint leaves two to three
  • Kewra one spoon
  • Saffron 2 tsp

Steps to make biryani

  • First wash the paneer and cut it into pieces.
  • Then put mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, green chili, red chili powder, curd, garam masala, salt, kasoori fenugreek in a bowl and marinate it well.
  • Add chopped onion to the mixture and keep it to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • After this, pour water in a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and soaked rice and cook for 10 minutes. Take out the rice if it remains a little raw.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry it by adding Shahi Jeera, Javitri, Cinnamon and Black Cardamom.
  • After roasting the mixture, add chopped onion and fry it, as if the onion is fried, add marinated paneer and fry it.
  • Now divide the rice into two parts, add paneer after a layer of rice in the pan and then add the remaining rice and mix the gravy.
  • After adding rice, add mint leaves, butter and saffron to it and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas after the specified time, your delicious Paneer Tikka Biryani is ready.
