‘Not only Ashish Mishra, SC also granted bail to four farmers’, know things related to Lakhimpur Kheri case

Lakhimpur Kheri Case: The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Ashish Mishra, the accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri incident, besides this, the court has also granted bail to four farmers who lynched people after the incident in the same case. While giving bail, the court said that if we are giving bail to these farmers, then we do not have any basis to keep Mishra in jail.

However, while granting bail, the court has given several instructions to Ashish, and has also put conditions. While granting interim bail for 8 weeks, the court said that Ashish cannot live in Delhi and UP. He will have to leave UP within a week of being released from bail.

The court imposed a condition that Ashish would have to tell his address to the police and he would report to the police station every day. The court said that it cannot influence the witnesses in any way. He will not meet any of his witnesses.
