The video was shared on Twitter by industrialist Anand Mahindra, who wrote in the caption, “We need to recognize this ‘productivity of the waiter’ in the Olympic Games. This man will be a contender for gold in that event.”
In this video, after the dosa is prepared, a person serves several plates of dosa on top of each other in his hands, in which he is seen balancing about 16 plates on his hand and going to serve the customers.

People wait in queue for an hour or two to eat dosa here.” A user named Bhavnakat commented, “It is really a difficult task to handle hot dosa with your hands in such a wonderful way.”
