Scientists say that the new species of cauliflower has been successfully tested. It is green in color and looks different from broccoli. Farmers can earn huge profit in future by cultivating it.
2.5 to 3 kg cauliflower
Scientists have tested cauliflower. When scientists developed cauliflower from seeds, its weight was found to be 2.5 to 3 kg. Till now only half to one kilogram of cauliflower is available in the country. Sometimes the weight goes up to one and a half kilograms. But after this new experiment, cauliflower seeds weighing 3 kg will also be available to the farmers in the market. However, it may take some time for the seeds to reach the market.
The profit of farmers will be three to four times
Scientists say that the profit of farmers from this cabbage will also increase manifold. Normal cauliflower is up to 1 kg. As it weighs up to 3 kg, it will be sold at a higher price. Apart from this, this cauliflower is also said to be better in taste.
Cauliflower is rich in nutrients
Scientists say that cabbage is beneficial for health. The new species of cauliflower will also prove beneficial for health. Along with increasing the eyesight, this cabbage will also help in preventing diseases like cancer. It is rich in elements like calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and zinc. This will strengthen the immune system.
